A nuclear apocalypse by religious fanatics killed ninety percent of the world’s population. The few survivors fled the deadly radiation to eastern Siberia, a clean land. They built a new state in which religion was severely punished. They created a police unit called the «Witches of the Coven», whose fighters possessed such sophisticated superpowers that they terrified all citizens of the young state. But rumors of the appearance of a new messiah made the witches themselves tremble.
